Help us establish a Monastery
in the great Yogi and Monk Lineages of Tibetan Buddhism
Our Project
Our main project at the moment is to establish a Monastery in which the precious lineages of His Holiness Jigme Phuntsok Rinpoche and His Eminence Khenchen Lama Rinpoche will be carefully preserved and purely practiced. We believe that the blessings of these excellent lineages can swiftly bring many sentient beings to the great liberation.

Awam Gesar Monastery
H.E. Khenchen Lama Rinpoche's vision is to start soon a monastery in slovenia's quiet and green country side, with enough housing and land to have (or build around it) meditation huts, stupas, statues, a temple and a dharma shop.
Rinpoche also drew what the monastery would look like, and it is similar to the monastery in picture no. 1, having upper floors for a temple and shrines, making the building of the monastery in the shape of a holy stupa.
That is of course, if we could get sufficient money to finance buying proper land and build such a beautiful monastery on top of it. that would we rinpoche's and our dream come true.
but in case we could not get sufficient donations soon, we could also start with something smaller.
for this reason We have also been looking at different houses and lands and the smalest suitable house with enough land would cost from 45,000 € to 65,000 €.
larger and renovated houses with 150 m2 are available for 95.000 €.

we hope to find generous sponsors who would support buying such a house and land, and who understand the great value and merit of establishing a monastery for the benefit of all sentient beings and help them quickly to get a better rebirth, attain liberation from samsara and reach complete enlightenment.
there are people interested in investing and living at the monastery, but we undoubtedly need much more support.

The lotus is an aquatic plant that roots in deep mud with a stemp that grows up through murky water. But the blossom rises above the muck and opens in the sun, beautiful and fragrant. So perhaps its no surprise that in Buddhism, the lotus represents the true nature of beings, who rise through samsara into the beauty and clarity of enlightenment.
